Capacity Step-Up

A 10.24kWh Platform for Residential Solar Storage

This model doubles the nominal energy of a 5.12kWh battery while remaining on the same 51.2V platform. Actual backup time still depends on usable energy, inverter efficiency and the selected loads.

01

Higher Daily Solar Use

Store a larger share of daytime PV generation for evening household consumption.

02

Longer Essential-Load Backup

Increase available energy for selected home loads after a load and runtime calculation.

03

Multi-Unit Residential Systems

Build a larger battery bank where the inverter, protection design and parallel configuration support it.

Enclosure & Integration

Active-Balance Wall Battery Design

The brochure identifies laser-welded construction and cell active-balancing technology for this model. Their operating parameters should be confirmed in the selected datasheet and BMS documentation.

Power connectionPositive and negative power terminals are shown in the enclosure detail.
CommunicationCAN, RS485 and RS232 are listed; use the port and protocol required by the selected inverter.
ExpansionThe brochure allows up to 15 units in parallel. Confirm unit consistency, cabling, protection and addressing.
InstallationThe 133mm-deep enclosure supports wall or floor placement; site loading and clearances still require review.

Technical Buying Questions

ELESHELL 10.2K Selection Questions

How does this model differ from ELESHELL 5K?

It provides 200Ah and 10.24kWh instead of 100Ah and 5.12kWh at the same nominal 51.2V platform. Runtime is not automatically doubled because system losses and load behaviour must be included.

Can it be installed on a wall or the floor?

Both wall and floor mounting are listed. Confirm wall strength, mounting hardware, service clearance and the final installation environment.

How many batteries can operate in parallel?

The brochure lists a maximum of 15 units. The final quantity depends on inverter support, protection, communication addressing and cable design.

Does IP65 make every outdoor location acceptable?

No. IP65 is the stated enclosure rating, but direct weather exposure, drainage, temperature, sunlight, mounting and local electrical rules still need review.

Which inverter brands are compatible?

No versioned brand matrix is provided on the product page. Compatibility must be confirmed from the exact inverter model, battery voltage range, current settings and communication protocol.
