Correct installation method of sine wave inverter

 Install the sine wave inverter

 How to install the sine wave inverter correctly ?

Installation the sine wave inverter must be for technicians with certain electrical theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
1) Open the box and check whether the accessories are available (an AC input cable and a manual);
2) Choose a ventilated and clean installation environment;
3)Confirm that the output voltage of the DC power supply/ the voltage of the battery is compatible with the DC input voltage required by the inverter;
4) Confirm the positive and negative polarity of the power supply. With high potential being positive and low potential being negative;
5) Connect the positive terminal to the positive terminal of the inverter (labelled “+”) .  The negative terminal to the negative terminal (labelled “-“). Make sure the connection is reliable;
6) Take out the input cable from the accessory bag, insert one end into the socket labelled “AC IN” on the chassis.  The other end into the mains socket;
7) Connect the load input cable to the output socket of the inverter (labelled “AC OUT”).

Switch on the sine wave inverter (switch on the inverter first, then switch on the load!)

1) Make sure that the DC input and AC output of the power supply are connected correctly and reliably.
2) If there is a DC input switch, open this switch (located at the rear of the chassis).
3) Press the trigger inwards, the inverter will emit a “beep” sound and enter the self-test state indicating that it has been switched on.

Explanation: Before the inverter stabilises the output, check whether the external environment and the inverter itself are normal, if all the inverter and mains state parameters are normal, the inverter will work stably in mains or inverter state (mains mains supply stabilises in mains output, battery mains supply stabilises in inverter output), and this process takes about 10 seconds.

Sine wave inverter shutdown (shut down the load first, then shut down the inverter!)

Press the shutdown button OFF, the LED indicator will be dimmed at this time the inverter is turned off.

Muting the sine wave inverter

If the sine wave inverter is running battery mode, the system will have sound and light alarms, the sound alarm can be muted by the mute button mute button to mute it, continue to press (about 3 seconds) the alarm will be closed; again continue to (about 3 seconds), the alarm sound is opened.

The same alarm will not be turned on automatically after the mute button is pressed. When another alarm occurs, the power supply will automatically turn on the sound alarm regardless of whether the last alarm was muted or not.

The alarm cannot be silenced when there is a fault in battery or mains mode.
